Job Summary:
As a Full-Time Inside Sales / Customer Service Representative at Advanced Sportswear, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, ensuring exceptional service and sales support. Your role will involve guiding customers through the custom apparel ordering process, utilizing tools like Printavo for order and contact management, selling promotional products, assisting with retail transactions, and actively representing the Advanced Sportswear brand. Responsibilities:
1. Custom Apparel Consultation:

Collaborate with customers to understand their custom apparel needs, providing expert guidance on design options, fabric choices, and customization details.

Assist clients in selecting the most suitable apparel and printing techniques based on their requirements and budget.
2. Order Management:

Utilize Printavo or other order management systems to efficiently process and track customer orders.

Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.

Keep clients informed about the status of their orders and any necessary updates.
3. Online Store Support:

Gather data and information required for the creation and maintenance of the online store, including product listings, descriptions, and pricing.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the online store accurately reflects our offerings and branding.
4. Promotional Product Sales:

Present and sell promotional products to customers, offering creative ideas for branding and marketing.

Provide product information, pricing details, and order assistance to clients seeking promotional merchandise.
5. Retail Transactions:

Assist customers in the retail store by providing product information, guiding their selections, and processing transactions.

Maintain a welcoming and organized retail environment.
6. Brand Ambassadorship:

Represent Advanced Sportswear with professionalism and enthusiasm, both in person and through written communications.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualifications:

Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with order management systems such as Printavo is a plus.

Proficiency in Google Applications / Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and stay organized.

Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Sales Representative
Location: The Tower House – Cumberland, Wisconsin

Advanced Sportswear, a respected name in custom apparel for over 39 years, is expanding into the Cumberland community with a brand-new location at The Tower House! We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines inside and outside sales, retail customer service, and promotion of our innovative online store solutions.
What You’ll Do

Manage incoming sales leads for our full range of custom apparel and promotional products: screen printing, embroidery, engraving, heat press transfer, and more.

Develop and execute outbound sales efforts to attract new business clients, schools, and community organizations in the Cumberland area.

Promote and assist customers with online stores (Chipply) for teams, schools, and businesses.

Provide excellent retail customer service in our boutique at The Tower House, helping walk-in customers find the perfect items.

Use Printavo to process and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Build strong relationships with clients and the local community to enhance the Advanced Sportswear brand.
Who You Are

Energetic, outgoing, and passionate about customer service and sales.

Comfortable balancing both retail and B2B sales responsibilities.

Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experienced with (or quick to learn) online platforms such as Printavo and Chipply.

Knowledge of custom apparel decoration processes is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.

Production Generalist: Online Store & Quality Control Coordinator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Online Store & Quality Control Coordinator to join our team and manage key aspects of our online store operations and product quality.
Job Summary:
As the Online Store & Quality Control Coordinator, you will oversee the daily operations of our online stores—including order processing, packaging, and customer service —while also taking full responsibility for quality control across all orders produced by Advanced Sportswear. Your role is critical in ensuring both a seamless customer experience and the highest standards of product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor customer orders from our online store platform.
- Accurately sort and bag individual orders for customer delivery or pickup.
- Oversee quality control of all apparel orders before they leave production.
- Inspect products for accuracy, proper customization, and overall quality.
- Maintain detailed logs of QC checks and order fulfillment accuracy.
- Coordinate with production staff to correct errors and maintain high standards.
- Provide occasional customer support regarding store or order inquiries.
- Ensure work areas are organized and workflow remains efficient.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and correct errors proactively.
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms.
- Previous experience in quality control, order fulfillment, or e-commerce is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule & Compensation:
