Purchasing from our Store
Purchasing items from our store is a matter of a few clicks of your mouse. After you find the item(s) you want, just click on the "ADD TO CART" next to the picture of the item. Add as many items to your cart as you want, you will be able to remove them later if you wish. When you are done shopping and ready to check out, click on the "VIEW CART" button on the top right of the page. You will be shown all the items you have added. If you wish to delete one or more items, check the box above the price for each item you want removed, then click "UPDATE CART" at the bottom of the page. The checked items will be removed from your cart, and your order total price will be adjusted. You may also delete all the items you have added to your cart simply by clicking the "CLEAR CART" button at the bottom of the page. At anytime, while viewing your cart, you wish to add more items, click the "CONTINUE SHOPPING" button at the bottom of the page.
All orders are set for pick up in our store. If you wish to have your item(s) shipped to your home, please click on "CLICK HERE FOR SHIPPING", and add the flat rate shipping to your cart. When you are satisfied with the items in your cart, click on the "CHECKOUT" button. The next few pages will take you through the check out process. Please verify all information is correct before proceeding to the next page. Your order is not complete until you click the "SUBMIT ORDER" button on the ORDER CONFIRMATION page. You will receive an email confirming your order. Please save or print the email for your records.
If you prefer not to order on-line, please call us at 651-459-5002 to place your order over the phone. To expedite your order, please have the item names, descriptions, and sizes ready when you call.
Changes and Cancellations
If you'd like to change or cancel part or all of your order, call Advanced Sportswear at 651-459-5002 as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we try to get your order completed and shipped as soon as possible. Therefore, we can't change or cancel an order once it has entered into the shipping process.
Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your order. Therefore, if something is not right (size, color, etc.), let us know immediately. We will make arrangements with you to refund or exchange the item(s) you are not happy with. You will have 30 days to return or exchange any item that is not to your satisfaction or defective, as long as it's in it's original condition (not worn and not washed). All CLEARANCE items are sold as-is, and not eligible for returns. However, if there is an identical item in a different size from the clearance section, you may come in to our store and exchange it.
Updating Your Cart
We don't want you to feel rushed when your placing your order! After you have registered with our on-line store, any items you put in your personal shopping cart will stay there until you remove them or place your order. Simply log back into the store whenever you are able to finishing shopping. Be it 2 days, or 2 months, your cart will still have your items!
